"My hands are soaking in the blood of Angels."

So this is my colored version, with more flushed out shadows and tones. Trying to get the guy's shirt looking right was hard, and so I left it pretty flat. I really didnt know how to do it so I moved on. Oh, in case anyone doesnt know what the deal is with this peice. Its my visualization of a line from a "Rise Against" song, from the Siren Songs album. If any one has
suggestions about the shirt or any thing else for that matter, let me know so I can use it for my next attempt.

Whats with me and Blue?

Yeah, I think I really have a thing for the color Blue, All I wear is blue and I design and draw everything in blue, I guess that explains why I love The Disney Short "Rhapsody in Blue."
Actually, that doesnt explain anything, but, I do love that short, and I like Blue!
So, what do you think!

My First Photoshop Experience

So, last night I was talking with Sean and Carrie, about how I thought Flash was the best program to sketch in, and they both said how stupid I was to think that Flash was better than Photoshop for doodling and stuff, so to prove them wrong I tried Photoshop. I was wrong, its really fun and its like using a pencil, you can really get alot of feeling out of your lines. So I did these in about an 2 and a half hours in total, last night and today and I really like the result. Im not gonna go any further with the big blue guy, but would like to keep going with the Angel peice. I want to try and get it looking more like a painting and less like a sketch. but i dont really know what im doing, but, if I have time Im gonna continue with it. But for now, what do you think?

Another Concept Drawing

So here is another doodle that i did. Kinda still thinking about a possible entry into the Warcraft challenge thing. But, wow, its fun to draw again, even if its not real cartoony. I have'nt done the comic booky thing in a while, it brings me back. But I gotta start doing more animation designs again, if I wanna get better at that. Drawing for myself has become a few and far between type o' thing so I gotta dedicate some time.

Barbarian Flash Sketch!

Heres my first drawing for my blog. I got the idea for the barbarian type guy from shepp. Who is presently designing a character for a "War Craft" character design challenge. So I quickly drew something up to prove to myself that I could still draw. This is really rough, but i actually kinda like the crappy flash coloring job i did...... ah well, I drew something!
