Barbarian Flash Sketch!

Heres my first drawing for my blog. I got the idea for the barbarian type guy from shepp. Who is presently designing a character for a "War Craft" character design challenge. So I quickly drew something up to prove to myself that I could still draw. This is really rough, but i actually kinda like the crappy flash coloring job i did...... ah well, I drew something!

He looks kind of gay. You must have added an element of that efeminite side we all know you have. ;)

Nice solid pic though.

I've noticed that too. I think it's because in order to achieve belivability with any character we draw the hands have to work much like human hands. Even if the character is completely abstract or even if he/she has tentacles or something like that, they have to operate like human hands or else the illusion is lost.
